What we’re looking for and what to expect: Room is available now but is flexible and willing to hold for the right person. Looking for only one more roommate as one room will be a guest room. SDGE, water, sewer, trash and Cox WIFI is covered as long as it doesn’t go over $ per person (anything over that will be divided up between the three roommates). ADT Security and pest control is covered. Parking is in the driveway or street as garage is used as a gym/storage. Driveway parking is first come first serve. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also weightlifting equipment in the gym you’re welcomed to use and add to.

House is in old Chula Vista (close to downtown Third Avenue/ freeways) with plenty of nearby shopping, groceries, restaurants, bars, farmers market on Sundays with adjacent park, etc.
