Room is on the 2nd story, with it's own closet, and access to a shared bathroom. there is also large communal closet space downstairs available to use. This home is loaded with natural sunlight. Laminate wooden floors throughout the main and upstairs. Two story foyer. Kitchen, with plenty of cabinet space, dining space with views of the backyard. Family room with cozy fireplace as well. Extra room downstairs open to be an exercise room or extra office. Sidewalk community, that is quiet and very safe. Parking in the driveway. Great location; close to I-, shopping, Pinckneyville Park and Shorty Howell Park.

Description of roommates:
Currently three roommates ages from s, all professionals, who appreciate quiet, respectful environments. We enjoy going out to concerts, go dancing, work out, hiking, reading, creating art, crafting, cooking, etc. We have game nights every couple months, but typically tend to keep to ourselves, in our rooms. We do have nights we cook together or hang out as well though. Two of us have hybrid remote positions and as we work from home. We are kind, intellectually minded, creative, compassionate people who are trying to make positive changes within ourselves and our communities.
