Hey! I'm a mid-20s professional female, living in a two bedroom, one bathroom charming home seeking a roommate in the lively, unique and fun Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, NC.

This cute bungalow comprises of a fully furnished living room, dining room/sitting room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and bathroom. I am most definitely open to arranging things to accommodate any of your personal furniture/wall decor/picture frames in common areas that fit.

The house also includes a washer and dryer located in the basement. Also, the attic and basement provide ample storage space.

The outdoors are just as beautiful as the indoors! Lots of green space! Screened-in porch located off of the kitchen perfect for nighttime entertaining or morning coffee. Fenced in backyard (with firepit and garden). No pets allowed due to the hardwood floors. No smoking.

Not only am I seeking a roommate for the spare bedroom, I would love the opportunity for a great new friendship! Outdoor activities are a must for me! You can usually find me biking to Freedom Park, hiking Crowders Mountain, making weekend trips to Asheville, camping in the BlueRidge Mountains, or hanging out at a Riverjam music sesh at the Whitewater Center. Although I'm on the go a lot, I also can appreciate hanging low and watching movies on the couch with a glass of wine, spending time at local breweries with friends or making awesome DIY home improvements projects.

The rent is $750 plus half of the utilities ~100ish (however wifi is free)

Home is 1200 square feet. Room is 12x12 ft with private closet and 3 windows that get the morning sun!
