Room for Rent Immediately!

My name is stephanie and my roomate is Steve. We are both professionals who work 9 to 5. We currently rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Our roomate is moving out so we have a room open for rent. The house is an older house as you can see from the photos, but we have been here for over a year and find it pretty cozy! We split the bills equally every month which usually end up between 100-150$. There is a large fenced in backyard, 2 living rooms, washer and dryer, storage shed in backyard, and plenty of closet and storage space! We are looking for someone who we can geg along with although we are both always on the go. We are social drinkers, smoke outside occasionalky and don't do drugs. I have a medium size dog so you must be okay with dogs. She's very sweet and obedient besides maybe wanting to cuddle on the couch with you too much 😬 Steve likes sports, reading, playing outdoors, social drinking, and hockey. I drink socially, like to play outdoors, watch tv and love to cook and eat! We're completely different personalities but it works for us! I just moved to Atlanta from New York 2 years ago after working there for 4 years, and Steve is a country boy from Tennessee. We are good people looking for an easy going roomate who is clean, personable, and respectful that we can hopefully be friends with!
