A short walking distance to restaurants, dry cleaners, gas stations, parks and trails, shopping, and supermarkets ( Safeway, Whole Foods, Ranch ). About the Room mate, I am a female entrepreneur who works from home and prefer the home to be clean and a peaceful place particularly in the shared spaces.
