Description

My roommate is moving out in the next two weeks and need someone to take his single room.
The apartment has a fireplace, a huge patio, brilliant interiors and a huge floor plan (really !)
We have a Washer/Dryer in the apartment and the complex provides Valet Trash service and Cable which is already included in the rent.
Location is perfect for a commute since we are bang on 285 and the commute to 400 or 85 is a breeze. Kroger is within a 5 min walking/ 2 min drive distance.
