Looking to move-in asap

Description

I am looking for an apartment to sublet or take over someones lease in a generally nice location. I am most interested in private room and bath that must be in close parameters of a marta station. I would like for it to be a pretty flexible living situation without too many rules or alignments, i.e. no company or no pets, things like that. I am hoping to grasp something that has utilities included and a washer/dryer facility either in house or in the neighborhood.
