I am subletting my room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens between 14 November - 15 January (dates negotiable, can be adjusted pro rata). The rent is $1000 pm (utilities included). The apartment is very well located, about 5 minutes walk from Steinway St (M, R) and about 3 minute walk from 46th (R) St station. The apartment is nice and spacious, and I have a very pleasant roommate.
