My roommate and I are looking for one more person to occupy the 3rd bedroom in our 3 bedroom house to save money on rent.

We pay a total of $1,200/mo + all utilities (water, garbage/recycling, gas, electric and internet)
So far utilities are a total of about $200-$300/mo.

Rent for this room would be $400 + 1/3 of utilities.

- Beautiful single family fully furnished house with a yard and detached garage
- Washer and dryer in the unfinished basement
- The vacant room is a bit smaller with a closet
- Decent sized common areas
- 1 shared bathroom
- Great neighborhood; many churches and schools within blocks, friendly neighbors
- Awesome location; a minute from 35W and public transit, minutes from grocery stores, bars, strip malls, downtown, uptown, and the airport

We are looking for someone that is a responsible adult who is relatively tidy and takes pride in keeping this home in good condition. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and upstairs bedroom were completely renovated right before I moved in in July. We are both very laid back, easy going women aren't keen on drama. My roommate shares her room with her sweet 8 year old boy.
