$820 per month. $820 security deposit (deposit can be paid in portions)
All the utilities and maintenance are included in the rent.

We are 3 people currently living in the house. We are very respectful with each other, clean and easy going.
I have an awesome and well trained dog.

We are looking for:
-A professional, clean & respectful roommate with steady income and good references. (Preference females)
*NO COUPLES!!

The lease can be either 6 months or one year with chance of renewal.
A rent application and a credit check are required (credit check is $25).
Work and personal references are required. Also previous landlord (if any)

-Plenty of secure parking all around the house. (no parking permit required) really safe area.
-My roommates can also join my gym Xsport Fitness for $35/mo
