TO BEGIN WITH, this listed my age incorrectly. I am 50, not 69. I am a female seeking a female (no preference) or male (no preference) to share my gorgeous lakefront condo. It is situated directly on the lakefront, with lake views from every window. The roommate's room is the master bedroom, and it comes with an awesome view of the lake, beautiful furnishings, artwork, a desk and a huge closet. My place is very "glam", with all marble flooring, chandeliers, and fun, fabulous furniture. It really is "Hollywood Chic"! It is also a very cozy home. Roommate's rent is $950 plus utilities. I have a very shy cat, who will hide from you always. My place has high speed internet WiFi, satellite cable, air conditioning and dishwasher. Bldg. has large laundry room, fitness center and 24 hour doorman. **EXPRESS BUS TO LOOP IS ACROSS THE STREET, & RED LINE EL IS 2 BLOCKS DOWN THE STREET.** Neighborhood has great dining, easy street parking, LA fitness, Whole Foods, Marianos, antique shops, and, of course, the beach!
This is, btw, a high rise bldg. and I am on a high floor. It is an elegant home. Race, gender, and age differences are not an issue for me, however, honesty and authentic character are. I live on the artistic side of life, but you certainly need not. And, if you think that our age difference could be a deal breaker, not to worry. I am quite immature and lots of fun.
