Bright, Sunlit Room in Bensonhurst

Hello all, our place is located on 19th Avenue & 79th Street in beautiful Bensonhurst. It's calm and quiet, and the neighbors are really nice. It's about a 5-10 minute walk away from the D train station. Bay Parkway is always bustling, and has plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores near by. It's a place thats great for families, or students, couples, anyone really. I currently live with my boyfriend Aaron, we're both students and have stable jobs. Our 2nd floor home has 3 bedrooms, high ceilings, large windows that let in a lot of sunlight, but fear not, we've already put up curtains for you. Hardwood floors, heater is included in each room. We have one bathroom, no bathtub, just a regular shower. We have an open kitchen/living room. All of which we can share. Everything is new. It's spacious, but still gives you that cozy vibe. We're super friendly people and love to hang out. We just ask that you not be too loud after midnight as to not disturb anyone nearby. We really hope you'll consider our place.
