I'm offering a room in a Flex 2 bedroom apartment. We will have our walls Installed prior to your move in date. I got a great rate w a living space company. It would be 700 each for the flex wall.

Apartment located on West Street right on the water in Battery Park right across from pier a harbor house and the ritz Carlton. 5 minute walk to Wall Street and financial district.
Full service Luxury highrise building with Valet, laundry, concierge, parking garage, health club/gym, rooftop. Subway 4/5 bowling green.

Your room would have a big window and view of the water and the Statue of Liberty. It's a beautiful space.


TO MOVE IN
Move in day November 1st!!!

$750 fee to have you added as an "occupant" on my lease. This is paid directly to management. )

$1700 1st month of November rent

$700 your share for the Wall

$1700=1 month rent security deposit (*returned at end)

$250 utility deposit (*returned at end)
