More then just a room..

Description

This is a four level split home. For the roomie. They will have a furnished 3rd level to themselves which is their own living room also have their own bathroom and their own a bigger bedroom.. ( bedroom can be furnished ) and off to the side their will be a desk and possible fridge and freezer. We would be sharing laundry room and kitchen. There is a nice outdoor area and plenty of shopping stores around. There is LRT buses close by...
Hoping to find a quiet , reliable and clean person for $1000/monthly or if couple $1200/monthly.


No pets sorry and smoking outside
Would also ask if living here to take turns cutting the grass ...
