Best Apartment Ever!

Are you looking for a clean apartment in Milwaukee? Close to nightlife, the beach, great food (Ian's Pizza, Bel Air Cantina), a bunch of festivals (tomato throwing fest is coming up!), and a whole lot of young professionals?? Then this could be your spot!

My name is Deep Singh and I am looking for a new roommate beginning this October (current one is moving out in September). I'm a 25 year old male. I moved here in November 2014 and have loved the city ever since. I am a business major and work from 7am to 5pm, so I'm pretty quiet during the weekdays and go to bed around 11pm. On weekends I'm always out either playing sports or hanging out with friends. I don't watch much TV, but I have Netflix. I play a lot of soccer, some tennis, volleyball, and snowboard. So I'm pretty active. I also play some board games here and there. I'm pretty respectful and honest.

My ideal roommate would be someone who is clean (keeps dishes out of the sink, doesn't leave trash laying around, wipes counters after cooking, etc.). I'm not crazy clean, I leave things out here and there. But I do vacuum and mop often, I'll wipe down counters, wash the sink after doing dishes, and take out the trash often, etc., etc.. It would be great to come home from work to a place that smells nice :). If we're not into the same things, that's cool. I get a long with just about everyone.

The apartment is a huge 2 bedroom/1 bath place and rent is only $520 a month per person. The only utilities we would pay for would be internet and electricity, which comes out to being $560 a month per person. There is no AC, but I have a window unit (only have used it about 5 times this year).
