I'm a 30 year-old male looking for a roommate for my condo. Rent will be $675/month.

The condo is located in Rocky Hill in a cul-de-sac with about other units. Two entrances to the complex right next to the 91 N/S exit ramps, and conveniently located near routes 3 and 99.

The condo includes:
- Washer and dryer
- Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, disposal
- 1½ bathrooms (shower upstairs)
- Fireplace
- Convenient parking
- Rent includes utilities (gas, electricity, cable, telephone & wireless)
- Cable TV jacks have been installed in bedrooms
- Patio and spacious backyard

The ideal roommate must:
- Pick up after themselves
- Be someone who is sociable
- Have no pets please
- Pay rent on time
