Bedroom just N of 610, private bath

I am renting out a bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment, with a private bathroom. Tile floors, decently sized kitchen, large bedrooms and living area. In the Garden Oaks area, 10 minutes from the Heights, 15 from Montrose, 20 from downtown. I'm looking for someone drug free, easy going, average cleanliness. The room will come available early October. There will be a deposit of half a month's rent, as well as an application fee for the office of $35. Not furnished, so you'll have to bring your own furniture for your bedroom. $250 of deposit is refundable, as long as no damage is done to the apartment. Minimum stay is 6 months. Total deposit, all things considered, is $335. Right now, all I have is a photo of the floor plan, as I'm not actually in the apartment quite yet. I'll be trying to get some photos posted soon, within the next couple weeks.
