Subleaser Wanted!

MASTER BEDROOM W/ WALK IN CLOSET

I'm currently searching for someone (male or female) to take over my lease at the end of this semester. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath town house located off of Carrieridge Dr. on the south side of town. Extremely nice neighborhood close to Log Hill, The Hill, and Las Margaritas. It is 3.5 miles from campus and approximately a 7 minute drive. I will be subleasing my room, which is the master bedroom. It has a HUGE walk-in closet and a bathroom, which is shared with one other person. I have two other female roommates who are extremely cool. Pets are allowed as well! It has a fenced in backyard and a two car garage. Rent is $363 a person each month, plus utilities. Definitely a great deal considering how much space you will have. I'm only moving out because I got an internship.
Must fill out an application through our property management. They will need a form of ID, current rental information, and income (30 days’ worth of paystubs if income is supported by a job)
