So as of right now I chill at home after work and have a lot of down time till. I start school in August. . I pay 1279 for rent now. Your rent will be 600. no utilities. If you abuse it then I will ask for you to chip in. I don't think we will have a problem. have access to everything. Obviously. Except my room and bathroom. have your own room and full bath.
