I am a female former marine looking for a clean, quiet, easy-going and non-smoking person (preferably female) to rent room. You will have use of guest bathroom. $600 a month includes basic utilities, cable, wi-fi and use of kitchen & laundry. Plenty of parking in the cul-de-sac.
Must be able to live around 2 medium sized well behaved dogs. Must have a day schedule (no day sleepers please).
