Looking for Female roommate, preferably over 40. Female because this apartment is not huge and I am not thrilled at needing a roommate at my age so I at least want to be able to walk around in my robe! I am not on this to date or meet men or make friends, I am here seeking a female roommate who I get along with. Please contact me directly. This costs too much $ for the number of people I get that don't fit the person I'm looking to share my home with (namely, males!) Female only with stable employment, preferably someone over 40. No pets (Landlord won't allow more than my 2 cats; I have 2 and one of them is traumatized by dogs). I work 4 to 5 days a week in NYC - out by 8:30, home by 7. I cook all my meals but clean as I go and expect the same of a roommate. I like to keep my place very clean. I am also a musician and actor. I am neat and responsible. Female only. This place is 40 mins on the PATH train to midtown NYC and the train is a 10 minute walk. It is in NJ and not NYC. There is no parking, only street parking. I have minimal trouble finding a spot, unless after 8pm. Cute little town, places to eat, laundromat around the corner. TV in the livingroom. I don't really watch. $800 covers your rent, utilities and wifi

Harrison, NJ is in Hudson county. My 2br apt is the 2nd floor of a 2 family house. The bedroom is currently being used as my office and I am in the process of emptying it. Hardwood floors, large closet; some storage in attic. Room unfurnished. Small - twin sized bed, maybe full, will fit. Lots of sunlight in the apartment. 8 minute walk to PATH train. I have 2 cats. One is nutty.
