The upstairs of my townhouse is available. It's got a good sized bedroom, full bath and an extra room that could be an office, storage area or small den. There's a security system and someone comes to clean the common areas every 2 weeks (vacuuming, dusting and cleaning the bathroom upstairs can be done as well).
There's a neighborhood pool right across the street and a tennis court. The neighborhood is really quiet, mostly older couples.
I'm asking $600/month all inclusive. (rent, HOA fees, utilities, security system, cleaning fee, cable & internet, etc).
