I'm looking for a Private room, with preferably private bath, un-furnished. I'm a 50 yr young, widow. A responsible, professional working full time. I do have an 8 yr old cat.
I'm fairly calm and quiet. Very honest and down to earth. I am very clean and have no problem with sharing housework duties. I have 2 grown daughters and enjoy having an occasional family dinner, if you cool with that.
The reason I need a room is because my house "I own" will be undergoing renovation before it goes on the market. Then I will need to look for a new home to purchase.
