I am looking for a new roommate to rent either the 2nd master suite or the basement bedroom. My house is the "Downtown" model created by Cedarglen and built in . The house features three fully developed floors with a walk up basement, central air, two rear decks, a front patio, natural gas bbq, a fire pit and many more features.

New Brighton is close to transit, paths (walking, running, blading), tennis courts, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Mckenzie Towne, 130th Ave for all your shopping needs and of course minutes to the new South Health Campus.

The master suite for rent is located at the front of the house with two large windows, a three piece ensuite and a walk in closet.

Rent is $750/month and include utilities (electric, water, phone, cable, internet and gas), laundry and street parking. Parking in the heated rear detached garage is available for an additional $100/month.

I am a 41 year old professional male, work Mon-Fri (7-4), have two large dogs every other week. I am looking for a similar profession individual to share my gay friendly house.
