Room/house share for rent $800

Private br in a three br house. Shared 2 baths on 1 acre shared with my 5 year old son (4 days a week). $800 a month plus heat about $50/mo. I prefer for the person to look at the place rather then post pictures. If you are interested please contact me by phone with your information and a little about yourself. Looking for only one-two people male or female, not a party house but its fine to have a few people over. I have 2 dogs a pug, and cattle dog mix, 2 indoor/outdoor cats and some fish. So no one with alergies. Smoking outside is fine. I have attatched a picture of the house to see the room message me to set up a time. Please be clean and respectful. I dont care what your room looks like as long as theres no food laying around but community areas must stay picked up.
