Bedroom w/Walk-in Closet

I'm revisiting what I want to do w/ this room....I'm just not sure I want a full time roommate being there's not a lot of room available for someone else. (Other than their clothes and shower necessities).

The best I could hope for is someone who travels all the time.
(just being honest)

It's either that or rent the room out by the night like a B&B.
Which definitely has some appeal for me and my preferences.

Fully Furnished-Decorated Bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom / 2 bath, One level townhouse.

The 2nd bedroom w/ walk-in closet, is the same size as the Master bedroom. (There is NO extra room for anything other than your clothes / toiletries and minimal linens---there is a stand up Pantry type storage cabinet in the room that would be SHARED & a Apt sized Frig as well in the room---to be explained later in person)

Access to the washer/dryer, and backyard.
WI-FI available.

I am looking for JUST ONE responsible person to pay rent ON TIME!
Someone who is VERY CLEAN ...emphasis on CLEAN....I'm very OCD about clean in my home...especially in my kitchen / food & trash related....BUGS are NOT tolerated in my home.....
So someone who cleans up after themselves is CRUCIAL!!!

I have a new dog....who's very challenging so I don't know about another pet,

Someone who does NOT smoke AT ALL
(my allergies are too severe! Going outside doesn't help),
does NOT do drugs, and won't have overnight guests.

As mentioned, the bedroom, like the rest of the house is fully furnished, so all you'll need / have room for is your own personal belongings.

Deposit dependent on Credit / Background Check.

Rent is $600/Month + Food.
ALL Utilities included.
