Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, CVS, Farmer’s Market, The Grove etc.. The room for rent is a spacious ’ room with two great closets. There are three of us looking for a fourth. We work in creative fields, are independent, get along very well and rarely run into each other. We share the house with two cats Bruisy, a British Shorthair cat with a big personality and Wolfie who is outside most of the time. We are looking for a clean, mature, considerate, responsible – fully employed person (no couples) who will help maintain our comfortable home.
