This room especially, being by itself on the third floor with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. *PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE TWO CATS* This property/room offers… -Home is completely furnished (everything except your bedroom).-Plenty of natural light due to the abundance of windows. -3rd floor balcony back-deck.-3rd floor has a Wet bar w/ Sink, Microwave and Wine Fridge.-Small L-shaped desk in 3rd floor Foyer (everyone is welcome to use).-Bath Tub / Shower in your Bathroom.-Large Walk-in closet with plenty of storage.-Laundry (Washer and Dryer) 2nd Floor Hallway Closet.-Hardwood everywhere except Bedrooms/Restrooms.-We have most streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, Max).-YouTubeTV is the only one we split the cost on we want it (definitely Football season).-The layout of the house allows for individuals the opportunity for privacy if desired.-Every room has its own Restroom, and a powder room on the 1st floor. *PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE TWO CATS*Monthly rent + utilities. Security deposit is the typical one month's rent, however, we can discuss a reduced cost as you would not be here the full year (lease ends mid-May).This will be a sub-lease through us.Please reach out if you are interested and/or you have any questions!
