Hello, I have an apartment with two bedrooms, I live in one room. The other room would be for you and you would have a private bathroom. It has A/C, covered parking, laundry, kitchen, balcony, dining room, cable, wifi in a quiet and safe area.

Hi! Looking out to rent out a room or two in our family home. We do have two dogs so please be aware when inquiring. My mother and I own this property while I permanently reside here. We have two other long term tenants in the home.Utilities are included in the rent. Kitchen is free to use when cooking/cleaning. Bathrooms and showers are shared. Master is off limits. Only the owners (myself and family) use anything available in the master bedroom or unless there was already permission granted. We’re looking for someone that’s independent, can look after themselves, and especially clean up after themselves. We don’t have a problem with alcohol or marijuana as long as the smell is not brought in and it doesn’t affect other tenants/houses. We are not open to having multiple guests over seeing as how this is a shared space- respect for one another is important. The people who reside here are in their early/mid s, so please keep that in mind as well. We usually keep to ourselves!We’re right next to the , closer to the valley. Simi High is down the street as well. Neighborhood is relatively quiet with neighbors that are friendly enough. There are parks spanning our area which is a plus. Parking is abundant. No driveway parking unless asked. Please, NO KIDS. More than happy to go more into detail if you’re genuinely interested. Thank you! Hi there! We are looking for a roommate for a Bedroom in a very spacious bathroom apartment in Brentwood, with a move-in date starting immediately. Very close to UCLA, West LA, Westwood, Santa Monica, and the beach.It is a great building in a beautiful, peaceful area. Lots of trees all around. The room comes with its own private bathroom (each of the three roommates has their own private bathroom which is ideal, no sharing necessary). It has very large closets and lots of storage space. Your room comes with a private balcony directly next to the bedroom. Our apartment faces the side where the sun sets, so you get some great late afternoon/early evening sunshine and those famous SoCal sunsets. The apartment has a kitchen and a nice, furnished living room which also has a separate balcony with a reclining luxury sun chair. (The TV Includes Subscriptions to: Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, Criterion, Apple TV+ and more which you are welcome to use.) There is also a wonderful hot tub/Jacuzzi on the roof, which has a fantastic view looking out over Brenod and Santa Monica, including amazing sunset views. In addition there is included access to a swimming pool.The apartment outside of the room comes already furnished, for the bedroom itself, it is furnished with a Queen bed, dresser, bookshelf, lamp, and bedside table. You can of course also further decorate and customize it as you like. There is currently a Queen-sized bed with mattress which you are welcome to use, or you can replace it with your own bed if you already have one. We are all clean, tidy, polite and respectful, (but still fun!) and you should be as well. We are open to all kinds of folks, as long as they're chill and respectful people.The important thing is that we all get along and respect each other. We occasionally have friends over, but it is pretty chill and quiet most nights.

Ideal situation for students attending Palomar College or CSUSM, but the rental is not limited to students. My house is in clean condition, and the tenant will have full and open shared access/use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and backyard space. House is located within minutes from interstate and highway, along with grocery stores & main shopping centers. -minute drive to CSUSM and Palomar College. Less than 5 minutes from Downtown Escondido and the Costco and Walmart (off Nordahl). Walking distance to and local Mexican restaurant.Amenities include: Open access and use of the kitchen, living room, and backyard; Background has BBQ and white café lighting strung throughout the patio. Ample street parking; Specific designated kitchen storage allocated for tenants; 2 sparkling community pools within walking distance from the house. Washer and dryer are included but the tenant must provide their own detergent, fabric softener etc.I am friendly, love yoga, like to cook (when I am home), drink and bbq during the summer. Private room and bathroom in a BA apartment unit. Kitchen has modern appliances, and complex has excellent amenities (hot tub, gym, underground gated parking, ButterflyMX intercom front door). Living room is furnished with new couches, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Ultimately I’d love to find another student/young professional who also isn’t an insane partier! But also very happy to do movie nights/dinners with friends. Utilities (gas, electric, and internet) are roughly per month. As of , the hot tub is currently being repaired, but all other facilities are working. This unit is managed by the owner of another unit in the same building, and he is happy to assist with repairs or any other issues.
