Hi there I’m Jamie :) I am looking for a room in or near downtown, (doesn’t need to be DT but close enough) which is where I work. I am clean and organized, I do not have any pets and don’t plan on any so it would just be myself. Do not have smoking or drinking habits, and I want to stay a couple miles within Downtown for sure, and women only is my preference. I do keep to myself most of the time, but I would also really love to build a connection with who I will be sharing a home with so hopefully you are open to that :) Ideally, I am looking for someone who is like-minded, respectful, and values clear communication and mutual respect. It is important to me we share similar values. About me: I am a part/full time Starbucks barista, as well as a student. I currently live in Downtown with a roomate but am closing this chapter as our lease comes to an end. On my free time I like to sometimes stay in and watch a good show or movie, draw/color, journal, read, go shopping, have picnics, try new coffee shops and spending quality time. I’m pretty quiet, and enjoy maintaining a tidy space. I like to be clean and organized, and be on top of my chores at home. I’m looking for a roomate who is Respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries. Kind and easygoing with a positive attitude. Mature and enjoys a peaceful, drama-free living environment. Considerate of noise levels, cleanliness, and household responsibilities.
