Professional Looking for a Place

Hello,
I'm looking for renting a room with private bathroom around Campbell, Cupertino, Willow Glen, Mountain View, Sunnyvale or West San Jose I'm a person in late 30's and working as a professional in the tech industry. I rarely cook at home and I don't smoke. I don't have any pets,too. In my free times I like to go out to socialize with my friends,going to the beach and do other natural activities.
Around every Christmas time I go visit my parents and spend my 3 weeks in Europa. I prefer a place with washer and dryer available and with high-speed Internet. I am pretty much easygoing,responsible and reasonable person. The reason why I am looking for a new place is I want to be closer to my office to have more private time for myself.(My office is in Sunnyvale) My budget is around $800-900. Thank you
