My room has its own bathroom and closet. In-unit washer and dryer. The rent is $ a month for my room (Room D - in boulder A). I will pay the takeover fee. NO ADDED UTILITY FEES. Grandfathered into price (cheaper than new leases)

Guest parking . No issues or trouble living in this apartment and it is a great place to live that is a 5 minute drive from campus with a bus stop. The lease contract begins in August and goes to July .
