Bedroom on a beautiful 3bedroom home in green valley available on February first, . I have a 8teen pound dog, very quiet and sleeps a lot but also friendly and loving. So am seeking someone pet friendly, friendly is okay, am not a smoker myself but outside you are free to do whatever, just pick up after yourself. First, last and deposit is required. Not picky about your sexuality just have your rent money on time. Second, utilities ranges depending on consumption of energy, water, gas but could be discussed and agreed on. Great, clean family community, with parks, trails, community pool and gym. Airport is min away sprouts or Trader Joe’s min drive. Home decor is modern, yet neutral lighting, with indoor plants and small herb, and fruit garden in the back yard that is very welcoming, with a build in bbq and fire place for sunsets & lounging.
