I currently have 3 rooms for rent in my 4 bedroom home. Shared living and family room and bathroom. If you are looking for short term rental without a lease or deposit this is the place for you. I’m willing to wave the deposit and application fee provided that you pay three months in advance. with utilities or extra a month. Home is in a safe prestigious community, across the street from a park. Plenty of parking and near stores and gas stations. Chill environment not many rules other than cleaning up after yourself and respecting others privacy and belongings
