Looking for someone to officially take over my lease through August , starting in the beginning of January for one bedroom in a bathroom apartment in Jamaica Plain. It is a short 7 minute walk from the orange line, in a lovely neighborhood, very close to the Harvard arboretum! (MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY)

The two other bedrooms are occupied by two female students in their mid 's who hope to find somerthy and generally clean to finish out the lease until August of . While it is listed as available on February 1st, you can move in anytime after January th! The ideal candidate would be a female student or young working professional in their 's who is okay with living with one cat.

The apartment is on the top floor of a classic triple-decker, with amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dish washing machine. Utilities are not included but usually do not exceed around $ a month for 3 people. There is a very large living room area as well as a balcony. You will be sharing a large bathroom with one roommate.
