Room for rent across from Hughes Stadium. LGBTQ friendly. $550 per month includes all utilities including high speed internet, basic cable, and a housekeeper twice per month.

I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my condo. The bathroom is shared. I have a small dog who loves people, so someone who is an animal lover is a must. I am 35 and a teacher at a local high school. I am laid back and like for home to be a place to relax.

I am looking for a roommate in a similar situation - a professional or possibly a graduate student. Female preferred, but could potentially be negotiated. This would be the ideal situation for someone who works afternoons or evenings, since you would have the place to yourself all day during the week. You can bring your own small dog. No cats, since I am allergic. The space is too small for a larger dog.

In the condo is two levels with the two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Downstairs has a small living area and kitchen with a half-bath. There is a fenced-in patio on both the front and back of the unit and there is covered parking. The unit is located right across the street from Hughes Stadium, so there is lots of easy access to hiking and biking trails.
