I have a free roam rabbit (litter trained like cats) so roommate unfortunately cannot bring additional dog or cat for her safety. She is super friendly and clean. Room available June with lease. I work from home regular M-F business hours taking phone calls as customer service rep. I never party, rarely drink. But don’t care if you do. I don’t smoke cigs, no cigarette smokers please. I quit vaping few years ago. I have a girlfriend who visits once or twice a week. Laundry room is conveniently next door, can connect to ShinePay or use quarters. Laundry noises have not been a problem, quiet neighbors. Extra storage locker in basement! Amenities we pay for quarterly water, and monthly electric. A/C included in living room.
