I am looking for someone to rent out a room in my house at $ per month.You will get a private room and private bathroom and a shared kitchen, patio, and laundry room. There will be not utility costs, but if you would like to bring a dog it has a extra $ move in fee on top of the original $. Rent will have a $ late fee every week past due. The room is furnished, but can be changed to your preference.
