Seeking one responsible, employed, communicative, honest, mature roommate to share with Christian woman. Please no drugs of any kind and minimal drinking. Must have decent credit and good employment and rental references. I enjoy watching good movies, chatting, shopping, sports, mellow rock music, socializing and visiting family and friends. I enjoy having people over for an occasional BBQ.
There is a large rear yard and nice, covered patio with a large gas BBQ, ping pong table and workout bike. You would also have access to the washer, dryer and full kitchen privileges. No overnight guests.
I have a medium sized lab/terrier mix and will consider a small to medium vaccinated, spayed/neutered, potty trained, non-aggressive breed dog. The rent will be $800 if you have a pet. Let's talk!!
