A roommate who cleans up after themselves, does their part in chores, pays their part of the bills on time. I believe in healthy communication not arguing or passive aggressive behavior. First, and security deposit. Must be mentally, emotionally, and financially stable. Must pass income, background, rental and credit check, minimum K income to qualify
