Hi there, my name is Amanda, and I'm a fifty- year old easy going female, with a room available for rent in my cozy home on the Concord/Walnut Creek border. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Room available is , ft., has lots of light and hardwood floors. The room shown in the pic shows furnished, but will be available UNFURNISHED. I do have a very nice new dresser and end tables, if needed. You would just need a bed.

You will share a bathroom with one other person. My other roommate is a retired female trauma nurse who started a new wellness business. She is gone a lot, so she won’t be around much. She is really nice, clean, respectful and super easy going.

House sits on a quiet court on a acre with huge, beautiful deck, hot tub and lots of trees.

No animals allowed, but MUST LOVE ANIMALS, as I have 2 loving, well-behaved, small-medium sized dogs.

House is located approx. 2 miles from Pleasant Hill Bart Station, minute drive to John Muir Hospital and downtown Walnut Creek, less than 5 minute drive to all major fwys . Biking/jogging trail a couple just a couple blocks from house. Parking avail in court in front of house. Central heat/air, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer in garage.

YOU must be an easy going, respectful, professional male/female, non-smoking person, with a full-time job.

Rent is $ a month and utilities are a flat fee of $ a month, which includes high-speed internet, cable, PGE, water, garbage and housekeeper! Security deposit is $.
