Ideal for working students located close to Palomar College and CSUSM. Utilities is included in rent. Washer and dryer are available. The room is upstairs that share a bathroom with 2 other rooms. There are 3 rooms downstairs that share their own bathroom. Homeowner lives in a master suite upstairs. There's a large kitchen, living room and outdoor area that can be shared with other roommates.

Rent price is per person. You can find your own roommate to share the room or we will help you find the other roommate. Couples OK (two xl-twin beds can be put together to become a king bed as shown in photo). Please contact for tour.
