New Homeowner looking for a Roomie

My name is Will and I am a 25 year old facility coordinator in the Plano/Frisco area. I grew up here and have always loved it. I am a first time home buyer, and am really excited.

The house is a 3 bedroom/2 bath traditional style house. It's located in The Colony about 2 miles north of Top Golf, in a growing area with plenty of stuff to do. It has a decent size living room with laminate wood flooring and a fireplace. It's going to have a large sectional couch, 46" Flat screen with an Xbox One and AT&T UVerse don't have any pets, but I am considering getting a dog in the next couple cable and internet(included in the rent). I'm building a fire pit in the back yard, and am kind of in the middle of figuring out what to do with the third bedroom. I'm thinking some sort of game room, that would be awesome. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions of the room. I would say 12x12 is a good guess.

$700 a month includes everything; rent, utilities, and cable/internet. Any other questions, feel free to ask!
