Near golf courses and wineries; easy commute to Ashland, Phoenix, Talent, Central Point etc. Looking for a healthy and hardworking roommate to share my house in east Medford. There is only room for one person.

The room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished. Fully stocked kitchen because I love cooking. Washer and dryer. There is a garage with some storage and a large fenced backyard. Nearby creek in safe neighborhood. I am a professional female who works full-time. I love to hike, garden, do yoga, crafts, dance etc. I have one 4 year old dog, so must love dogs. He’s very well trained and friendly. Unfortunately no cats because my dog chases them.
