Description

Large 2nd floor bedroom with cathedral ceiling and good size closet for rent in private home. The house is beautifully furnished and very well maintained. I'm in the master suite, which has it's own full bathroom, so you'll have the first floor shower to yourself. The house is 5 minutes from Rt. 2 and I-190 and is within walking distance to a handful of bars and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of families. In addition, the house is a 2 minute walk from a lake, which can be seen from the living room. There is off-street parking for a sedan or street parking for anything bigger. Washer and dryer available.

In order for me to agree to a suitable housemate, you'd have to be a neat, clean, educated, mature, non-smoking professional. I'm a young-ish professional male that works hard for his money and loves to keep the place neat and clean. I'm very easy to get along with and I'm very quick witted. Ideally looking for someone, male or female, that shares the same qualities!

The rent is negotiable, but you'll pay half of the utilities (usually around $150/month for gas, electric, cable, internet, alarm system, water, sewer).
