Room for rent!

Cute apartment located right next to the infamous 4th street in LB. It’s a really nice area just blocks from the beach and within walking distance to almost everything you could need. The complex has a small amount of units so it’s pretty quiet and all the neighbors are nice. We have our own patio area outside, a shared grill in the common area, shared laundry room, and parking is free as we always have street parking! The unit has a dishwasher, built in microwave and is fully furnished other than the room for rent :) I have two small dogs so unfortunately no other animals would be allowed. As far as bills go, we pay for internet, electricity, water/trash, and renter’s insurance and everything comes out to less than one hundred dollars each per month. The lease is month to month but I would like to find someone who can stay here for at the very least a year. The only real requirement is that you have a good credit score per my landlord.

***The last photo is of the available bedroom, but everything would be cleared out when you move in. Current roomie is in the midst of moving out!! :)***
