Hello! I am looking for a roommate to occupy the Master Bedroom at my apartment in Downtown Fullerton. Must be in a full-time job, preferably someone that is going to school. This room is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. If you plan to use my place to party every day, then you can search for another place. Full use of the public space is allowed just as long as they are not abused or destroyed. Pretty much if you treat me and my stuff nicely, we will all get along just fine :)

The apartment is less than a mile away from Downtown Fullerton for $800. If you are a couple/two people renting, then rent is $900. Both single and couple/double occupancy are with utilities included!
