Private bedroom, shared bathroom (with male roommate) in a quiet, clean home in Irvine. Utilities + cleaning service split evenly between 3 flatmates. Room is available to move in on March 1st.
Please no animals, no couples, no children.

Access to community pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and cycling/running trails. Walkable to Irvine marketplace shopping center.
Plenty of street parking available.
Laundry facilities on in garage. Current housemates are female ( yo) and male ( yo) working professionals, and two cats. We are quiet and rarely have guests. Cats are cuddly and friendly.
I work in a corporate office and go to my office everyday. On the weekends I like to travel, go to Pilates or yoga, comedy shows and sound baths.
