Large, Brand New Room Available

Description

Great location in Old Shandon, large house with 2 full bathrooms. You'll have a large room upstairs that has just been finished this year! You'll be living with male and female college students (22 and 21 respectively) but we don't throw parties so if you have a professional life there is nothing to worry about. But if you want to have people over neither of us mind at all either. There is one dog here currently but she loves people and other dogs as well. Unfortunately one of us is deathly allergic to cats so while we can't allow a cat, any other pet is more than welcome. December's rent is completely paid for the room so you wouldn't owe anything until January. We also have a dishwasher, oven, stove, washer/dyrer.
