bathroom with access to the laundry room near your bed/bath, kitchen, living room and covered lanai! We are both friendly and clean and have a very active lifestyle and work life so we are in and out of the house usually. I work in advertising and my boyfriend is a realtor so we are gone during the day during the week typically. Our home is minutes from Chipotle , Publix, LA Fitness, Fresh Market, Panera, Starbucks and more! We are minutes from UTC Mall, minutes from Downtown Sarasota, minutes from Siesta Key, minutes from St.Pete, and are minutes from Waterside! We have a pool and a gym in our community as well!
